Identify and disseminate good practices for developing effective national TISC networks in ARIPO member states; promote the effective integration of national TISC networks into innovation ecosystems in ARIPO member states; foster regional cooperation between national TISC networks in ARIPO member states, including through the further development of the ARIPO Regional TISC Action Plan.
