We just found this article about small revolution (but with high impact) which is underway in the UK Intellectual Property Office. The British IPO will now support economic growth through improved services vis-à-vis new ones.
In addition the UK Government has decided to send out more Intellectual Property Attachés to "challenging overseas markets to help British businesses and encourage improvements to the nation’s IP environment."
