Dr. John O. Kakonge's article on Raising IP awareness in in Africa (Kenyan Ambassador to the UN in Geneva) was recently published in the WIPO Magazine. Dr. Kakonge writes that in Africa "... we have the raw materials – a huge pool of talented and imaginative young people ... ."
