The WIPO Technology Transfer Training Needs Assessment Manual and Toolkit (TNA Manual and Toolkit), has been published!
The TNA Manual and Toolkit was developed under the Development Agenda (DA) Project on Intellectual Property Management and Technology Transfer: Promoting the Effective Use of Intellectual Property in Developing Countries, Least Developed Countries and Countries with Economies in Transition, which was approved by the Committee on Development and Intellectual Property (CDIP) of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO) in May 2017. The Project was successfully completed in December 2020.
The aim of the TNA Manual and Toolkit is to enable the assessment of training needs for organizations involved with intellectual property management, technology transfer and commercialization/utilization. It further supports readers with limited knowledge of training needs to identify gaps in skills and competencies and to design effective training programs.
