In collaboration with the Department of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Lao People's Democratic Republic, the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO), organized the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) Regional Conference for Technology and Innovation Support Centers (TISCs) in Vientiane, Lao People's Democratic Republic.
The Conference was opened by the Director General of the Department of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Industry and Commerce, Mr. Xaysomphet Norasingh and the Director of the Technology and Innovation Support Division, IP for Innovators Department, WIPO, Mr. Andrew Czajkowski.
Presentations delivered, included those from WIPO on activities and results in the global TISC program and related program areas.
