Great article by our colleague Edward Harris (Communications Division, WIPO) who tells the great story of Arthur Zang. The 26-year-old Cameroonian engineer, developed a tablet-like electrocardiogram, which can be easily used in remote areas to provide high quality medical/cardiac care.
