The Technology and Innovation Support Centers (TISCs) in Cambodia have all grouped to participate in the national training workshop on Patent Information and Technology Databases, in Phnom Penh.
The opening session included speeches given by Ms. Sreymech So, Under-Secretary of State, Ministry of Commerce; Mr. Suon Vichea, Director of the Department of Intellectual Property, Ministry of Commerce; and Mr. Andrew Czajkowski, Director, Technology and Innovation Support Division, WIPO.
