Following the launch of the second issue of the Technology Trends report on Assistive Technology and based on the report's finding, WIPO organizes a series of online Seminars on Emerging Assistive Technology with the Association for the Advancements of Assistive Technology in Europe (AAATE), with the support of the Global Alliance of Assistive Technology Organizations (GAATO), focusing on three areas of assistive technology application, including communication, cognition and self-care on April 16, 23 and 30, 2021.
We invite researchers, innovators and developers around the world to explore how emerging technologies are shaping the landscape of the assistive technology field and impacting lives of persons with disabilities as well as the aging population.
