To support the development of knowledge and skills on patent information search strategies and techniques of current and prospective TISC host institutions in Lao PDR. The training workshop would also be an opportunity to re-introduce the TISC concept and its services to other stakeholders in the country and discuss with national partners the way forward as far as the development of the national TISC network in Lao PDR is concerned.
