Mr. Álvaro González, Head of User Experience and Business Intelligence Department, National Institute of Industrial Property (INAPI), Chile
Álvaro González is a data analysis expert with over 15 years of experience in the field of Industrial Property. He currently serves as the Head of User Experience and Business Intelligence Department at the National Institute of Industrial Property of Chile (INAPI), where he leads initiatives in order to improve the user experience using data visualization, Artificial Intelligence initiatives and statistical production for informed decision-making. His work focuses on applying generative artificial intelligence in intellectual property data analysis and using data analysis to close gender gaps in this field. Álvaro holds a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, a specialization in Data Science from MIT, and has completed several courses in Artificial Intelligence. His professional career spans both private and academic sectors.
